I decided to sleep longer than 20 minutes because lately I have been mentally and physically drained, so I gave my self a break. Rest isn’t lazy—it’s how we keep going when life feels like too much.
So if you’ve been running on fumes, here’s your permission to stop and rest. It doesn’t fix everything, but it’s a start.
