I’m putting my phone on silent while I eat dinner and watch a show. You’d think it’d be easy, but somehow, I need double entertainment—scrolling TikTok while re-watching The Office for the 37th time.
Here’s the thing: multitasking like this messes with your brain. It causes mental fatigue, makes your food less satisfying, and your sleep worse. Plus, you end up missing half the plot and still feeling drained.
