Dang it! I did it again. I messed the day up again. ADHD brain activated and not taking my time. 🫠

Today’s self-love challenge? Take a guilt-free nap.

And guess what? I actually did it.

The cringy version would say: ‘Honor your body’s need for rest and rejuvenation.’

The SELF LOATHE CLUB version? ‘I knocked out on the couch, drooled a little, woke up confused, and honestly… I feel better.’

Here’s why naps matter:
• They reduce stress and reset your mood.
• Boost focus and energy (even if you only sleep for 20 minutes).
• Sometimes, the best way to deal with life is to unplug your brain and plug it back in.

So yeah, today wasn’t about productivity—it was about letting myself pause.
