Today’s self-love challenge:

Write a break-up letter to one bad habiit.

The cringy version would say: ‘Release what no longer serves you with kindness and gratitude.’

The SELF LOATHE CLUB version?

‘Dear Doomscrolling, it’s not me, it’s you. You’ve stolen my sleep, my sanity, and my last shred of productivity. We’re done. And no, we can’t still be friends. Don’t text me.’

Why this actually works:
• You’re calling your habit out. Directly.
• Writing it down feels oddly… satisfying.
• Honestly? It’s kinda darkly funny to roast your own bad habits.

Did I fix the habit immediately? No. Did I at least admit there’s a problem? Yeah.
