I can’t believe I stuck through this. If you know me, that says a lot.
I ended it perfectly. Playing mini golf in the snow! It’s New Year’s Eve, and today’s challenge is about showing up for yourself by fighting through functional freeze, getting out of the house, and spending time doing something you genuinely enjoy with people who make you feel good.
For me, that’s mini golf—one of my favorite things to do. It’s lighthearted, fun, and a reminder that self-love isn’t always about big, deep breakthroughs. Sometimes, it’s about pushing past the mental block, getting dressed, and just showing up.
This challenge has been about building habits and finding ways to take care of myself, and today feels like the culmination of all of that. It’s not about perfection—it’s about presence.
So here’s to wrapping up the year with something I love, surrounded by people I care about, and reminding myself that showing up is enough.
Thank you for following this journey and supporting mental health. I have big plans for Self Loathe Club in 2025. 👹🖤
